Fees To Landlords

Let Only - 9.6% Of the rental value
(Let only service includes marketing property, carrying out accompanied viewings, arranging for the inventory to be carried out, carrying out the relevant checks on the potential tenant including credit checks & referencing and finalising the tenancy agreement.)

Rent Collection - 2.4% Of the rental value
(As an additional service we can also offer a monthly rental collection, pursue non-payment of rent & provide advice on rent arrears.)

Full Management 15% Of the rental value
(Full management includes all of the above, as well as getting quotes for repairs & arranging for repairs within the property, carrying 2 routine inspections per annum & notify the landlord of the outcome, advising all relevant utility providers of changes & hold the keys throughout the tenancy term.)

Check Out/Inventory Fees:

• £100.00 for Studios
• £115.00 for one bedroom, £135.00 for two bedrooms,
• £150.00 for three bedrooms, £200 for four bedrooms and above
(The check-out fee will include the unprotecting of the deposit where applicable& return to the relevant person.)

SALES; SOLE AGENT 2% MULTIPLE AGENCY £2.5% OF SALE PRICE

Letting Fee Information


Refundable Holding Deposit: 1 Week, The deposit will not be returned if the tenants fails a right to rent check.
Security Deposit: 5 Weeks
Rent: As Agreed with landlord
Changes To Tenancy: £50.00 Inc Vat (or Reasonable costs if these are higher)
Replacement Keys: Cost Price
Early Termination Charge: According to the costs incurred and re-leting of the property.
Late Payment Of Rent: 14 Days or more overdue, fees to exceed 3% above Bank Of England base rate.
